warranty

General Conditions
This warranty applies to all new downright Wheels purchased directly from us or through our authorized dealers. It is non-transferable and voids immediately if ownership is transferred.
Replacements under warranty will be for the same model and specifications as original including design, diameter, width, offset, profile, bolt pattern and finish. The part number may differ due to minor revisions.
To keep your warranty valid, please follow strictly downright Wheel Installation Guide. Any damage caused by incorrect installation or usage will void the warranty.
Note: Our products are designed for regular road use only. Any damage from motor racing, off-roading or improper usage is not covered in the warranty.
All new wheels should be inspected prior to tire installation or vehicle usage, as damages that happen during installation or mounting is not covered in the warranty.


Structural Warranty - 2 Years
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects already present on wheels from factory:

  • Cracks in the rim or spoke due to machining failures or defective material
  • Rim roundness out of tolerance

The structual warranty excludes damages from:

  • Incorrect fitment or transit
  • Tire mounting
  • Vehicle installation
  • Misuse (e.g. curb riding, motor racing, off-roading, track incidents, collisions, abnormal impacts with potholes)
  • Overloading


Finish Warranty - 1 Year
This limited warranty covers paint failures or damages already present on the wheels from factory.
The finish warranty excludes damages from:

  • Incorrect fitment or transit
  • Tire mounting
  • Vehicle installation
  • Scratches from normal wear and tear
  • Chips from rocks or road debris
  • Misuse (e.g. curb riding, motor racing, off-roading, track incidents, collisions, abnormal impacts with potholes)
  • Incorrect maintenance or cleaning with improper chemical cleaners
  • Staining from brake pads


Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at downrightwheels[at]gmail.com.
If approved, we’ll issue you a Warranty Authorization Number (WAN) and provide further instructions. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
