Returns / Non-Returnable Items
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase should be included

Note: wheels are non-returnable if they show any signs of use, such as:

  • Tires mounted on rims
  • Wheel bolted to a hub
  • Use of spacers, lugs, studs or other hardware

Since our products are strictly made-to-order, a 50% restocking fee applies to all returns.
You are also responsible for return shipping costs.

If approved, we’ll issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return without approval will not be accepted.

  • Request a return for the original item
  • Once approved, place a new order for the replacement


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without providing any justification, known as the "cooling-off period".
Note: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products, since our products are customized and strictly made-to-order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may require extra processing time.

VAT / Import Duties / Taxes
VAT, import duties, taxes, etc. are NOT included in the price due to unpredictable tariffs. Your local customs and authority may charge extra fees like VAT, import duties, taxes, etc. Extra fees including VAT, import duties, taxes, etc. are the customer's responsibility.
